We can provide support for your system through a variety of methods (Teamviewer, Zoom, etc) helping you solve issues that are affecting you, or simply improving the efficiency or reliability of your system. Tuning a ZoneMinder server takes a lot of specialised knowlege and time. We have established a base set of best practices that will instantly improve the reliability and visibility of your system.

Our base rate is $200USD/Hr although we offer bulk discounts

Server Monitoring

In addition to on-demand support, we offer a monitoring service, where we proactively monitor and administer a ZoneMinder server. This reduces the burden on your in-house IT staff who now don't need to be CCTV experts and can focus on the other core IT services.

Remote Access

Have a system and want to access it from anywhere in the world? We can help. What we do is connect your ZoneMinder system to our central VPN server using WireGuard. Then we setup an SSL protected reverse proxy to your system, with your own custom URL. This setup also facilitates our remote monitoring and support.
