Remote Support

We connect to your system remotely (TeamViewer, Zoom, etc.) to solve the problems affecting you, or to improve the efficiency and reliability of your system. Tuning a ZoneMinder server takes specialised knowledge and time. We have developed a set of best practices that will quickly improve the reliability and visibility of your system.

$200 USD/hour. Bulk discounts available.

Server Monitoring

Beyond on-demand support, we proactively monitor and maintain your ZoneMinder server. Your in-house IT staff no longer need to be CCTV experts and can focus on their other core services.

Pricing

Per server:

  • Monthly: $100 USD/month
  • Annual: $1000 USD/year (2 months free)

Remote Access

Want to access your system from anywhere in the world? We connect your ZoneMinder server to our central VPN server using WireGuard, then set up an SSL-protected reverse proxy to it at your own custom URL. The same connection lets us provide remote monitoring and support.

  • Home system, up to 5 cameras: $10 USD/month
  • Larger home system, up to 10 cameras: $20 USD/month
